Jakhu Temple ( God Hanuman)

Jakhu Temple is an ancient temple in Shimla, dedicated to the God Hanuman. It is situated on Jakhu Hill, Shimla’s highest peak, 2.5 km east of the Ridge at a height of 2,455 m above sea level.

It houses a 108-foot-tall idol of the deity. Due to its location on the highest point of Shimla, it offers sweeping views of the Shivalik ranges.
